How do I shop online?

Placing an order in chickflick.ph is easy!

First, click on the PRODUCT LINK of your desired item. You will then proceed to our online shop.

Add an item to your shopping cart by clicking the Buy Now button. Click on Continue Shopping to return to our shop and find more items, or click on Proceed to Checkout to complete your purchase.  As a form of courtesy, please submit an order ONLY if you are sure of it. 

How do I pay for my order?

When you proceed to checkout, you will be asked to select a payment method. Available payment methods are Globe GCash, bank deposit through BPI or BDO, credit card payments and Paypal.

What courier do you use and how much do you charge for online orders?

We ship via Xend Express or PhilFox for local orders, and Fedex or EMSfor international orders. Shipping cost depends on the weight of the order and the location of the buyer

How long will it take before I receive my order? After we’ve received a payment confirmation, your orders are shipped immediately. It usually takes 1-2 business days for Metro Manila and 2-3 business days for provincial deliveries. For international orders, FedEX policies apply.

How can I track my order?

Tracking numbers are automatically updated once orders are shipped. You can access your tracking number via the order receipt you previously submitted. Please check your Multiply inbox once in a while.

Do you do meet-ups? Sorry but we don't do meet-ups. However, you can choose to pick up your order at our BF Paranaque branch. Just inform us with the date and time beforehand.
