2.     A CONFIRMATION EMAIL will be sent to you within 48 hours. Once an order is confirmed, it is considered sold.

3.     Payment must be made within 3 days after confirmation of order. Otherwise, order will be forfeited (excluding Sundays and holidays).

4.     Payment details such as the bank account number and shipping fee will be included in the CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

·       Please send us an EMAIL after the deposit has been made and indicate the following details: your name, BDO branch, and total amount of payment.

1.     Once payment has been confirmed, order will be shipped out the next day (excluding Sundays and holidays).

·       Items will be shipped through METROWIDE COURIER EXPRESS or XEND

·       Payment confirmed on a Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out on the following Monday.

2.     Once order has been shipped out, an e-invoice with the shipping details (order breakdown, tracking number, link to tracker) will be sent to your EMAIL.
