You may order products from The Mall through its list of Sellers. Just click your desired product and click the “Contact the Seller” button. You will be redirected to the seller’s contact details where you can contact him/her through text, email or via order form.Afterwards, The seller will notify you regarding your order. Payment and delivery options will be settled with the Seller and not TheMall.ph. At this point, the Seller will help you in choosing the right payment and delivery option.

All matters concerning the merchandise and services desired from Seller, including but not limited to purchase terms, payment terms, warranties, guarantees, maintenance and delivery, are solely between you and the Seller.

The Mall is not responsible for the actual selling and the delivery of goods found in the website. The Mall’s function will only be the placement and promotion of items in themall.ph website, as well as the notification of Sellers with orders submitted through themall.ph website. Collection of payment for orders, delivery of goods, and product inquiries will be the Seller’s sole responsibility.

My Closet is an interactive space where you can mix and match items that you have selected from The Mall, creating your own personalized look.

 

What is an outfit? How do I create an outfit?

Adding themall.ph items to “My Closet” will enable you to start making your own outfit.

You can use up to 5 items in creating an outfit in “My Closet”.
